Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya has been moved as Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.
Following a recently issued directive by the competent authority, name of
Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya has been mandated for the position as Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.
At present Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya is serving as Chief Justice in the Bombay High Court. Now with the new order he has been transferred as Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.
