The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendations of the Civil Services Board (CSB) for lateral shift of IAS Vikas Singh, to the post of Director in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities.
IAS officer Vikas Singh, (TR:2010), is currently serving as Commissioner (Land Management) (Director level), Delhi Development Authority under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs
IAS Singh will be serving on the post with effect from the date of assuming the charge of the post for a period upto 27.04.2026 (i.e. balance period of his five years Central deputation tenure at Director level under Central Staffing Scheme) or until further orders.
