In a significant administrative development, Dr. Sudam Khade, a 2006-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, officially assumed the role of Divisional Commissioner of Indore on Thursday. Prior to this assignment, Dr. Khade served as Commissioner of Public Relations and Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Madhyam. His distinguished career includes tenures as Divisional Commissioner of Gwalior and District Collector in Bhopal, Sehore, Tikamgarh, and Harda. Beyond his administrative roles, Dr. Khade has also contributed to academia as Vice Chancellor of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication in Bhopal, demonstrating expertise in both governance and public communication.

Following his appointment, Dr. Khade was formally introduced to officers and staff at the Divisional Commissioner’s office in Indore. Among Dr. Khade’s initial official responsibilities was reviewing preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to Dhar District on September 17.
