Maharashtra: 10 State Forest Officers Promoted to Indian Forest Service (IFS) Under 2021 Select List

In a major development for forest administration in Maharashtra, 10 officers from the State Forest Service (SFS) have been promoted to the Indian Forest Service (IFS) under the Select List of 2021. All promoted officers have been inducted into the Maharashtra cadre.

The promotions are part of a routine cadre review and selection process, aimed at recognizing distinguished service and addressing existing vacancies in the IFS.

Amol Rambhau Satpute

Manojkumar Nimbaji Khairnar

Kirti Dadasaheb Jamdade

Dipali Rajan Talmale

Yogesh Tikaramji Waghaye

Deepak Popatrao Khade

Ram Shankar Dhotre

Vishal Hanumant Mali

Snehal Milind Patil

These officers will now formally assume their roles as IFS officers, contributing to forest conservation, environmental governance, and sustainable resource management across Maharashtra.
