The 1997 batch IAS officer of Jammu & Kashmir cadre, Manoj Dwivedi, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce has been given additional charge of the post of Executive Director(JS level), Tobacco Board at Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) under the Department of Commerce for a period of three months, w.e.f. 01.12.2017.
