Following a recently issued notification by the state authority of India, name of IAS Manoj Kumar Sahoo has been mandated for appointment as Private Secretary to Odisha Chief Minister.
A year 2006-batch IAS officer Manoj Kumar Sahoo is succeeding IAS Arindam Dakua, who has been transferred as Director of Municipal Administration.
