The communication, bearing File No. 27/40/2026-EO(SM-I) and signed by Director Annies Kanmani Joy, stated that the Competent Authority had approved the proposal received from the Department of Higher Education.
The proposal had been forwarded through the department’s communication dated June 4, 2026, seeking the premature repatriation of Ms. Rina Sonowal Kouli from her deputation assignment.
The order has been addressed to Shri Vineet Joshi, Secretary, Department of Higher Education, informing the ministry that the request has received formal approval.
