The 1985 batch IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh cadre,Radheshyam Julania has been elected as new President of the Madhya Pradesh IAS Association. He has served as Additonal Chief Secretary of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department of Madhya Pradesh.
