The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Ms. Nisha, IAS (UP:2015), as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports, Smt. Raksha Nikhil Khadse, in the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
IAS Nisha will serve at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years, effective from the date she assumes charge of the post, or on a co-terminus basis, or until she ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister, or until further orders—whichever is earlier.
Further, Mr Tariq Thomas, IAS (AGMUT:2011), who was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been appointed as Director in the Department of Commerce, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme.
Mr Thomas’ tenure will be for five years from the date he assumes charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. He may kindly be relieved of his present duties immediately, with instructions to assume his new assignment in the Department of Commerce, Delhi, without delay.
