IPS officers Chhaya Sharma and Vineet Brij Lal have been posted to Key IG-Rank Positions.
IPS officer Vineet Brij Lal has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) in the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).
Ms. Chhaya Sharma, a 1999-batch IPS officer from the AGMUT cadre, has been assigned as IG/Director at the Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D) on deputation.
Meanwhile, Mr. Vineet Brij Lal, a 2001-batch IPS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre, has been appointed as Inspector General (IG) of the CRPF on deputation for a tenure of five years.
