Two IPS officers have been appointed as DIG in Bihar Police and interestingly names of both of the top cops are Vivek.
One of the top cops, IPS Vivekanand (Bihar 2008) has been deputed as DIG STF, Bihar Police. He at present was serving as Deputy Inspector General (DIG), Eastern Range, Bhagalpur.
Another Vivek has also been made DIG. The second IPS is Vivek Kumar (Bihar 2007) who was at present serving as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) – CID, Bihar Police. Now he is the new DIG, Bhagalpur East, Bihar Police.
