IAS Syedain Abbasi has been assigned an additional charge as Assam Chief Secretary.
A year 1990 batch senior IAS officer Syedain Abbasi is belongs to Assam-Meghalaya cadre. He at present is serving as Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Public Health Engineering, and Water Resources Departments.
Now with the new order from the competent authority, IAS Syedain Abbasi has been assigned additional charge as Chief Secretary of Assam. IAS Abbasi will be holding the new position until the return of Dr. Ravi Kota (1993-batch IAS officer).
