The Kerala government has announced a significant reshuffle involving the transfer and posting of 11 officers at the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) rank. The updated postings and responsibilities are as follows:

Bishwanath Sinha (IAS: 1992: KL), currently Additional Chief Secretary, Home and Vigilance Department, will take on full additional charge of the Forest and Wildlife Department along with his existing duties.

K R Jyothilal (IAS: 1993: KL), serving as Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, has been transferred to the Finance Department. He will also hold additional responsibilities for Taxes, Public Procurement Advisory, Planning and Economic Affairs (RKI), and continue as CEO of the Rebuild Kerala Initiative.

Puneet Kumar (IAS: 1993: KL), Additional Chief Secretary, Personnel and Administrative Reforms, has been assigned to the Local Self Government Department, with additional responsibilities for SC/ST Development, Backward Classes Development, and the Power Department.

Dr. Rajan N Khobragade (IAS: 1993: KL), Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, will also take on the full additional charge of the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department and its Official Language wing, in addition to his current portfolio.

K Biju (IAS: 2006: KL), Secretary, Public Works Department, will now also oversee the General Administration and Transport Departments (covering Aviation, Metro, and Railways) alongside his existing roles.

Keshvendra Kumar (IAS: 2008: KL), Secretary, Local Self Government Department, has been appointed Secretary, Finance (Expenditure) Department.

Dr. A Kowsigan (IAS: 2009: KL), Commissioner for Land Revenue, will take on full additional charge of the Sainik Welfare Department. He will also oversee the Guruvayur and Koodalmanikyam Devaswom Boards, in addition to his existing responsibilities.

Mir Mohammed Ali (IAS: 2011: KL), Managing Director, Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation, will now serve as Chairman & Managing Director, Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd. He will also retain his previous role at KSIDC and hold additional charge as Special Secretary, Power Department.

Jeevan Babu (IAS: 2011: KL), Managing Director, Kerala Water Authority, will additionally serve as Mission Director for the Resilient Kerala Additional Finance Programme (Coastal Protection) and the proposed Coastal Conservation Project funded by the Asian Development Bank, along with his current duties.

Dr. Adeela Abdulla (IAS: 2012: KL), Special Secretary, Social Justice Department, will now also serve as Special Secretary, Local Self Government Department. She has been relieved from her charge of the Women and Child Development Department.

Dr. Chithra S (IAS: 2014: KL), Additional Secretary, Finance (Expenditure), has been posted as Additional Secretary and Officer on Special Duty, Local Self Government Department. She will also hold additional charges as Principal Director and Additional Secretary (Waste Management) in the same department.
