Appointments Recently Approved by ACC and Competent Authority
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Dr. Deepak Bagla, former Managing Director of Invest India, as Mission Director of the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog.
Dr D Bagla will be serving on a contractual basis for a period of two years, effective from the date he assumes charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Separately, the Competent Authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Labour and Employment to Ms. Pallavi Jain Govil, IAS (MP:1994).
IAS Pallavi Jain is at present serving as Secretary, Department of Youth Affairs. She will hold the additional charge from June 24, 2025, to July 1, 2025, during the leave period of Ms. Vandana Gurnani, IAS (KN:1991).
