Senior IAS officer Ms. Lamchonghoi Sweety Changsan, from the 1994 Assam-Meghalaya cadre, has officially assumed charge as Additional Chief Secretary of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Assam.

Chief Executive Officer, Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA)
With a distinguished career spanning state and central services, Ms. Changsan now leads two pivotal departments along with ASDMA—underscoring her role in shaping Assam’s governance and disaster resilience framework.
