IAS officers Prashant Kumar Singh and Ashok Kumar K Meena have been shifted to new departments.
The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of IAS officer Prashant Kumar Singh (MN:93) who is the incumbent Chief Executive Officer, Government e-MarketplaCe Special Purpose Vehicle, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, as Officer on Special Duty, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
On the other hand, IAS officer Ashok Kumar Kaluaram Meena (OR:93) who is serving as Chairman & Managing Director, Food Corporation of India, as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti vice IAS Vini Mahajan (PB:87) upon her superannuation on 31.10.2024.
